Delivery Options

You can choose the delivery option that best suits your needs at checkout.

Free Standard Delivery

  • Cost: Free

  • Estimated delivery time: 4 to 9 working days

Our complimentary standard delivery option allows you to enjoy your order with no additional delivery cost.

Express Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 working days

  • The express delivery fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Express delivery is ideal when you would like to receive your order sooner.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.

Order Confirmation and Processing

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.

Our team will then carefully prepare your order for dispatch. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email and tracking information where available.

Orders are generally processed during working days. Weekends and public holidays are not normally included in processing or delivery times.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will send you a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a short period for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

You will then be able to follow the progress of your delivery until it reaches you.

Delivery Timeframes

However, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Delivery Address

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your parcel, the carrier may:

  • Leave the parcel in a designated safe place

  • Deliver it to a nearby collection point

  • Provide instructions for arranging redelivery

Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier and collect your parcel within the specified timeframe.

Additional delivery costs may apply if a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, left unclaimed or sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please first check your tracking information for the latest update.

Occasional delays may occur while the parcel is still moving through the carrier’s network.

Should you require assistance, please contact us with your order number and our customer support team will be happy to help.

Orders Marked as Delivered

If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check:

  • With other members of your household

  • With your neighbours

  • Around your property or designated safe place

  • With the local delivery office or collection point

If the parcel still cannot be found, please contact us so that we can guide you through the next steps.

Damaged Orders

Every order is prepared with care. However, if your parcel or product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Clear photographs of the parcel and the affected item

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

International Orders

International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or delivery fee and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Customs procedures may also extend the estimated delivery time.
